Martina de Lima joined Priestleys in October 2012 as an Associate in its Corporate and Commercial Department. Martina was called to the New York Bar in 2003 and was called to the Cayman Islands Bar in 2007. From 2005 to 2012, Martina trained and practised in the Business Law Group at Ogier specialising in investment funds.
Martina regularly advises in connection with the establishment, maintenance, regulation and dissolution of regulated mutual funds structured as corporations, unit trusts and partnerships, as well as private equity funds and offshore vehicles for onshore businesses.
Martina also regularly advises in connection with corporate and commercial matters, inward investment in the Cayman Islands and shipping matters.
