Charlotte graduated from the University of Sussex with a 1st class honours degree and a masters degree in English. She was admitted as a solicitor in England in September 2005 having completed the PgDL and LPC with distinction at the College of Law in London.
Charlotte trained in London with the top tier law firm, Macfarlanes LLP. On qualification, she moved to Macfarlanes’ highly regarded corporate department where she advised on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate and M&A matters with a particular emphasis on private equity investment.
Charlotte was admitted to practise in the Cayman Islands in 2013 and joined Priestleys from another local law firm in 2015. Charlotte’s practice encompasses local corporate and commercial transactions, including licensing and regulatory issues, as well as all types of Cayman based investment structures, including regulated mutual funds and offshore vehicles for onshore.
